Job mission
We are looking for an Applied Data & AI Scientist to help accelerate AI transformation initiatives across Synthon by developing practical data-driven and AI-powered solutions that create and deliver measurable business value.
The role combines strong data science and machine learning expertise with modern AI and Generative AI capabilities to develop practical and scalable AI solutions that address real business challenges.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, AI engineers, data engineers, and IT teams to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and support the deployment of scalable AI applications across the organization. This is a highly hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world business problems using modern AI technologies in a collaborative and fast-evolving environment.

You combine a proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging AI technologies. You are comfortable working both, independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic and evolving environment.
