Events Lead & Executive Support (parttime)

Job profile

In this role, you will be the connecting force between strategy and execution, ensuring our commercial events are delivered with precision, impact, and consistency. You are not just coordinating; you are leading, structuring, and elevating how we execute events across the business. Next to your event leadership, you serve as a reliable right hand to our CCO and the senior leadership. You keep oversight, anticipate needs, and act quickly in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift. 

Responsibilities

Events 
•  Organizing internal meetings, client visits, and external events
•  Take the lead in planning and coordinating activities for international industry events as well as local initiatives
•  Ensuring flawless execution, and follow-up of events
•  Being present on-site to coordinate logistics when necessary to oversee logistics and ensure flawless execution
•  Capture and coordinate any required follow-up actions after events
General support
•  Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior leadership, including coordination of  comprehensive travel arrangements
•  Provide high-level general administrative support as needed, handle correspondence and communications with the utmost discretion and professionalism
•  Support contract management processes and maintain administrative oversight

Languages 

Good command of the English, both excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Your profile

Your CV should show that you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizing events, as well as demonstrable experience supporting C-level executives
  • Experience supporting commercial teams or senior management is a plus
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus
  • Flexible mindset and willing to travel or attend events occasionally

Languages

Good command of the English language, both excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You are a true team player who easily builds and maintains relationships, both within the organization and with external parties.
