Job profile
Lead sustainable growth by developing and executing a proactive tender strategy that enhances our participation in tenders through competitive, profitable pricing, an optimal product mix, and strategic partnerships. Your initial focus will be on Europe, our core market, while also laying the groundwork for future expansion into the Rest of the World (ROW).
In parallel, you will be expected to refine and strengthen our sales strategies for a certain part of the Synthon portfolio to accelerate product launches and maximize the market impact of our key foundation products.

As experienced Tender Sales Manager you play a key role in developing and executing a proactive tender strategy.
